Site Assessments
Code Compliance Assessments: Determine compliance of signage based on IBC, IFC & ADA requirements and generate a report to determine actions needed. Base Price: $79
Site Survey: Determine site readiness for signage installs, take measurements for manufacturers, complete quality or installation audits, etc. Base Price: $55
Design Services
Conceptual Design: Create a conceptual rendering of the sign(s) requested with little to no construction details. Base Price: $50-105 per sign. (This service is included when ordering a sign with us!)
Construction Drawings: We make detailed artwork reflecting how the sign(s) will be produced and what materials will be used during manufacturing. Base Price: $60 - $150 per page.
Project Management
We assist other sign companies in managing their signage projects and prices are based on the project’s contract amount.
< $1,000: 8% of Contract Amount + Additional $100 if project completion exceeds 30 days
$1,001 - $9,999: 7% of Contract Amount + Additional $200 if project completion exceeds 60 days
> $10,000: 6% of Contract Amount + Additional $300 if project completion exceeds 90 days
Manufacturing & Installation
Since many different elements come together to produce and install each individual project, pricing is to be determined based on your particular signage needs. Please contact us for manufacturing and installation pricing.
Standard, code required signs that are non-custom can be sourced and priced the same day.
Sign Maintenance
Cleaning Interior Signage: Premium, long lasting cleaning solutions to improve visibility and quality. Base Price: $59
Cleaning Exterior Signage: Please contact us for cleaning quotes regarding exterior signage.
Repairs: Please contact us for all quotes related to repairing existing signage, as each repair is unique.
